Inspect all of the lines for folds and kinks. Since everything is just sort of stuffed up into the tank, the lines tend to kink, and you can have gas flow problems. I braced a kink with auto fuel line, 3/8" ID. 7. Took the battery box out again and checked / wiggled all the wires and the bike did not cut out any. Went through all the wires all the way through from front to rear of the bike. There are very many wires, more than I ever would have expected on a bike like this.
