I'm not saying that's not possible in some cases, but I was standing in front of the car after it was towed to the dealer and the headlights were on and fine. I know they were working up until it went into service. Im suspecting the dealer tricked youchanged the bulbs to burnt ones and made money out of you. 04-20-2008, 08:32 PM #23. rogerthompson640 said: since the problem presents when the lights are on, that normally is indicative of a ground problem in the light sysem, especially since the other systems that quit are on the hvac and stalks, not even routed through the clockspring. back feeding ground through the horn sounds like the ground issue can be on your steering The fog lights will improve visibility at night and during foggy conditions.
